No. Property26 does not charge any commission from buyers or sellers. We only charge a one-time listing fee of 10,000 ETB to publish and promote your property.
The listing fee covers:
- A visit by a Property26 representative
- Collection of property information
- Professional property photos
- Verification of basic details
- Publishing your property on Property26.com for 30 days
Promotion through our marketing channels
Fill out the property listing request form on our website. Once we review your request, you will be asked to deposit the listing fee and send the payment confirmation. Our team will then schedule a property visit.
Each listing stays on Property26 for 30 days. If you wish to continue listing your property after that period, you may renew the listing with a new payment.
All photos are taken by Property26 representatives during the property visit. Our team will arrive wearing Property26 identification for verification.
Yes. If your price, contact information, or property status changes, you can contact Property26 and request an update.
Buyers will contact the seller or broker directly using the contact information provided in the listing.
No. Property26 does not participate in negotiations, contracts, or payments. All transactions take place directly between buyers and sellers.
If your property is sold, we may keep the listing on the site and mark it as “Sold” for market reference.
